Colfax Launches Engineered Systems Business for the Americas

RICHMOND, VA – July 2, 2007 – Colfax, the parent company for leading brands such as Allweiler, Imo and Warren announced today the launch of a new Engineered Systems business for the Americas. The new business enhances Colfax's role as a business partner to its customers, focusing on their specific pumping challenges and providing a complete system solution.

The Engineered Systems business leverages Colfax's technology expertise to provide new services to customers. Colfax will work closely with customers to evaluate their pumping system needs, develop a complete system approach and finally build and deliver the customized solution.
